Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing SaaS Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or B2B sales and possess strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Pitch SaaS solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update sales activities in CRM software.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Good Hindi communication skills and basic English proficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a telesales background.
- Kolkata-based candidates only.
- Experience in SaaS, IT, B2B, or telesales domains preferred.
Note: Candidates from Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, Shop Sales, or Real Estate Sales backgrounds will not be considered.
