Role:
Handle customer service for commercial vehicles, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer issues and create job cards
- Coordinate diagnosis and repair with workshop team
- Provide estimates, timelines, and service updates
- Handle delivery and explain work completed
- Manage complaints and ensure resolution
- Upsell services and maintain CRM records
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial vehicle servicing (LCV/HCV)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Experience in dealership/service center preferred
Qualification: Diploma / ITI – Automobile/Mechanical
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
