About the Role
OCB Cakes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Cum HR Executive to manage the company's accounting, payroll, employee records, recruitment, and administrative functions. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, HR management skills, and proficiency in computer applications.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounts and HR functions preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting and HR knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally ERP, GST filing, and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Good interpersonal and employee management skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations, email correspondence, and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Process monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee performance and training records.
Working Hours
- Office timing 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
- Additional hours may be required during audits, payroll processing, and business peak periods.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
