Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group CFO to lead and own the financial strategy, governance, and operations across Aeden Fruits International and its group companies. The role is responsible for financial planning, controls, statutory compliance, cash flow, and reporting at a group level, while acting as a strategic partner to the leadership on growth, investment, and business decisions.
This is a senior leadership position requiring strong financial acumen, group-level consolidation experience, and the ability to build robust financial systems across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Define and drive the group's financial strategy in line with business objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor to the MD/Board on financial performance, risk, and growth opportunities.
- Support expansion, investment, fundraising, and capital-allocation decisions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor performance against budgets; provide insights and corrective recommendations.
- Establish financial KPIs and reporting dashboards across entities.
Accounting, Controls & Reporting
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across all group companies.
- Ensure robust internal controls, accounting standards, and financial discipline.
- Manage month-end/year-end close, audits, and financial statements.
Statutory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, GST, income tax, Companies Act, and other statutory obligations across entities.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee corporate governance and risk-management frameworks.
Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage group cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Optimize funding, credit facilities, and financial costs.
Team & Systems
- Lead, build, and mentor the finance and accounts teams across the group.
- Strengthen financial systems, ERP, and process automation.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required; MBA (Finance) an added advantage.
- 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience, with senior/CFO-level exposure.
- Proven experience managing finance across multiple entities or a group structure.
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, consolidation, treasury, and audit management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, food, agri, retail, or trading sectors an added advantage.
Added advantages:
- Experience with fundraising, banking negotiations, or investor relations.
- Hands-on ERP implementation or finance-transformation experience.
Pay: ₹3,700,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
