Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments for loan eligibility.
- Process gold loan applications and disbursements.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain branch records and documentation accurately.
- Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Gold Loan: 1 year (Preferred)
