Role Overview
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Civil Diploma holders to join our team as Virtual Tour Capture Executives.
This role involves visiting construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai to capture 360° photos, videos, and walkthrough documentation for digital project records and virtual tours.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a civil engineering background to gain hands-on site exposure, understand real-time project progress, and work with modern construction technology and digital documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai
- Capture 360° photos and videos of project sites
- Record walkthrough videos of under-construction and completed properties
- Assist in virtual tour creation and digital site documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Upload and organize captured images and videos on company platforms
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality of captured media
- Maintain proper digital records of all site captures
- Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager
- Follow all site safety protocols and company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic understanding of construction sites and terminology
- Familiarity with smartphones, cameras, or digital photography
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working on construction sites
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for site visits
