Job Summary
RYDME Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in handling Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts ( Including different sellers account available online )
The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, inventory updates, order coordination, marketplace account monitoring, and resolving listing-related issues. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and update product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, prices, inventory, and variations.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Monitor product listings and correct suppressed, inactive, or rejected listings.
- Update stock availability and product pricing.
- Coordinate orders, returns, replacements, and cancellations.
- Monitor marketplace account health and performance notifications.
- Raise support tickets and coordinate with marketplace support teams.
- Assist with marketplace promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain product catalogues and marketplace records.
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for product images and content.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Practical knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Basic understanding of marketplace keywords and product optimisation.
- Knowledge of inventory, orders, returns, and account health management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with perfume, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or fashion brands.
- Able to manage multiple product listings accurately.
- Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn new marketplace tools and processes.
Education
Candidates with strong practical marketplace experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹9,779.03 - ₹15,000.00 per month
