Customer Interaction
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, gold schemes, discounts, and promotions.
- Handle inbound calls regarding queries on products, offers, and showroom locations.
Follow-ups
- Call customers who visited the store but did not make a purchase.
- Follow up on leads from exhibitions, online ads, and walk-ins.
- Remind customers about due payments in gold savings schemes (if applicable).
Database Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
- Update the CRM or Excel sheet with customer interaction details.
Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the right department if needed.
- Ensure every customer has a good experience on the call.
Sales Support
- Generate appointments for showroom visits.
- Encourage customers to come during festival seasons, special days (Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, etc.).
- Explain gold schemes, jewellery exchange offers, and festival discounts.
Communication Skills
- Speak fluently in Tamil (essential), and optionally in English
- Use polite, professional language with all customers.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the showroom sales team.
- Report daily call logs and outcomes to the manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (for CRM or Excel).
- Experience in telecalling or retail is an added advantage.
