Role: Hub Operation Manager
Exp Range - 5 to 10 Yrs
Location :Jaipur/ Delhi
Key responsibilities may include:
o Coordinating all aspects of exam day operations, including candidate registration, check-in, system checks, invigilation, and post-exam procedures.
o Managing exam center staff (invigilators, technical support) to ensure proper execution of protocols.
o Troubleshooting technical issues during exams and coordinating with IT support if needed.
- Center Operations Oversight:
o Maintaining the physical exam center infrastructure, ensuring cleanliness, proper seating arrangements, and equipment functionality.
o Monitoring exam center compliance with security protocols and regulations.
o Managing vendor relationships related to exam center operations (catering, security, etc.)
o Training, and supervising exam center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
o Performance evaluation and development of the exam center team
o Generating reports on exam center performance metrics, including attendance, technical issues, and candidate feedback.
o Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize operations
- Client/TC management Coordination:
o Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure smooth delivery of exams.
o Addressing client concerns and providing timely updates on exam center operations
o Approaching new clients for capacity addition
Required Skills:
