Sales Analyst
- Role Purpose: Turn raw sales data into actionable insights to drive revenue strategy and sales team performance.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify market trends and sales bottlenecks.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast quarterly sales revenue and inventory needs accurately.
- Reporting: Design and maintain clean, automated dashboards for executive leadership and regional sales managers.
- Pipeline Health: Evaluate the sales pipeline to identify high-conversion triggers and areas of revenue leakage.
- CRM Management: Serve as the internal expert for our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
- Territory Strategy: Support leadership in designing balanced sales territories and setting fair quota structures.
- Experience Needed: Requires 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations.
- Key Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot), and basic SQL or data visualization tool experience (Tableau/Power BI).
