Boss international studies is a leading immigration consultancy based in Sector 17, Chandigarh. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team and help connect potential clients with our immigration services.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain immigration services and answer basic customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
- Age: 18–27 years
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience
- Experience in the immigration industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
