Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, addressing their business needs effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales opportunities successfully.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Outside Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and mobile sales tracking tools.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
