Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service / Support with experience in the fintech industry (US). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries related to fintech products and services.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
