We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer (QMS) responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in a spring manufacturing setup. The candidate will ensure product quality, process compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and implement **Quality Management System (QMS)** as per ISO standards
* Prepare and manage quality documents, SOPs, and records
* Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
* Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
* Monitor in-process and final inspection of spring products
* Ensure calibration of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
* Coordinate with production team for quality improvements
* Analyze defects and implement root cause analysis (RCA)
* Maintain quality reports and documentation
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of QMS & ISO 9001 standards
* Experience in manufacturing (preferably spring/automotive components)
* Good understanding of inspection tools and quality processes
* Knowledge of CAPA, 7 QC tools, and documentation
* Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports)
