We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support coordination between business teams, client SPOCs, and product/technical teams. This role involves learning telecom billing integrations, internet product workflows, and working with tools like Google Analytics, MIS, data analytics platforms, and issue resolution processes.
Job Summary: The candidate will assist in product documentation and ensure smooth operations for apps, games, and other digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between business SPOCs, clients, and internal product/technical teams under guidance.
- Assist in understanding and supporting the integration of telecom billing solutions with product platforms.
- Help create and maintain business documents, such as product notes, integration templates, and reports.
- Assist with escalating issues and coordinating with the technical team to resolve them.
Telecom Billing & Integration:
- Support the integration of telecom billing solutions with the company’s VAS products and assist in ensuring client requirements are met.
- Help troubleshoot any telecom billing integration issues under supervision.
Product & Internet Platforms:
- Assist in managing business operations for internet-based products, including websites, apps, games, and digital services.
- Learn and support the use of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Ads Manager, and others to track performance and user acquisition.
- Help monitor app and game distribution channels to track product reach and growth.
Revenue & Issue Management:
- Track revenue performance with guidance, identifying discrepancies and assisting in reporting to leadership.
- Support in identifying operational or product issues and assist with collaboration between business and technical teams to resolve them.
- Assist with data analysis to enhance product performance and uncover growth opportunities.
Product Documentation & Reporting:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including integration templates, process documentation, and revenue reports.
- Ensure that all product and process documentation is up to date and accessible for the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 0 - 1 year in business operations, telecom billing integration, or internet product management.
- Proficiency: Basic knowledge of telecom billing systems and integration processes. Training will be provided.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Ads Manager, and product analytics will be an advantage.
- Additional Skills: Basic understanding of app and game distribution platforms and design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn issue escalation and resolution processes.
- Analytical Ability: Willingness to learn about revenue tracking, data analytics, and reporting.
