Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Creation: Build content calendars, write engaging copy, and coordinate with designers for graphics and videos.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to maintain an active, positive dialogue.
- Publishing & Scheduling: Use platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to post content at peak engagement times.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics like reach, engagement rates, and follower growth using native tools or analytics dashboards.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with current social trends, viral audio, and algorithm changes.
