Embroidery Follow-up – Roles & Responsibilities
- Embroidery Artwork Follow-up
- Receive and verify embroidery artwork from the design/merchandising team.
- Follow up for punching/digitizing and ensure artwork is technically workable.
- Check stitch count, size, placement, and embroidery construction.
- Sample / Approval Follow-up
- Coordinate embroidery sample development with the supplier.
- Follow up for sample submission as per the TNA.
- Track buyer/QA comments and ensure corrections are completed on time.
- Obtain final embroidery approval before bulk production.
- Embroidery Supplier Follow-up
- Coordinate with embroidery vendors for capacity, price, quality, and delivery.
- Follow up daily on pending embroidery work.
- Ensure suppliers follow the approved artwork and quality standards.
- Production Follow-up
- Monitor embroidery input and output against the planned quantity.
- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing teams.
- Ensure embroidery panels/garments are received on time for the next process.
- Identify delays and escalate immediately.
- Quality Follow-up
- Check embroidery quality for stitch defects, holes, thread issues, alignment, and placement.
- Ensure approved embroidery quality is maintained during bulk production.
- Coordinate with the QC team for inspection and corrective actions.
- Cost & Consumption Follow-up
- Verify embroidery cost based on stitch count, artwork complexity, and quantity.
- Coordinate with the merchandising/costing team for price confirmation.
- Follow up on additional embroidery operations or upcharges.
- TNA & Reporting
- Update embroidery activities in the TNA/app on a daily basis.
- Monitor planned vs. actual dates.
- Maintain pending, completed, and overdue activity reports.
- Escalate critical delays to the concerned manager.
Key Responsibility
Ensure embroidery development, approval, production, quality, and delivery are completed as per the planned TNA without affecting the garment production schedule.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
