We are looking for a confident, energetic, and skilled English & Personality Development Teacher who can help students improve their spoken English, communication skills, confidence, interview skills, and overall personality. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of motivating students for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Spoken English, Grammar, and Communication Skills
- Conduct Personality Development and Soft Skills sessions
- Train students in Interview Preparation, Public Speaking, and Group Discussions
- Improve students’ confidence, body language, and professional etiquette
- Prepare engaging classroom activities and presentations
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Help students improve vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
- Conduct motivational and career guidance sessions
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Required Skills:
- Excellent Spoken and Written English
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Confident Personality with Positive Attitude
- Good Knowledge of Personality Development Techniques
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Google Tools, etc.)
- Strong classroom management skills
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in English, Education, or related field
- Certification in Spoken English or Soft Skills Training will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Experienced candidates preferred
