What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers through leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Sell Professional Indemnity, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Motor Insurance products.
- Build trust through meaningful conversations and long-term relationships.
- Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Passion for interacting with people and building relationships.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently communicate solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are welcome.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, banking, BFSI, insurance, retail, or customer service will have an added advantage.
