- Operate CNC press brake machine (TruBend 1100) for bending stainless steel sheets and fabricated parts
- Interpret technical drawings, bending charts, and job orders
- Select appropriate punches, dies, and tooling for SS materials
- Ensure accurate bending as per dimensions, angles, and tolerances
- SS tables, sinks, cabinets
- Exhaust hoods, counters, shelving
- Use backgauge system for precise positioning of sheet metal components
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (vernier, height gauge, angle gauge)
- Maintain surface finish quality (avoid scratches on SS sheets)
- Optimize bending sequence to reduce setup time and material wastage
- Perform minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
