We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Operations cum HR Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day business operations while supporting HR and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders, and have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day back office operations and internal coordination.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Track ongoing activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases and HR records.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the first point of contact for client communications.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to draft professional proposals, agreements, and business correspondence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Client Coordination.
- Experience in IT, Consulting, or Service-based organizations will be an added advantage.
