Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Chef for our café kitchen. The candidate should have experience in preparing continental breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, snacks, and café-style dishes while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present continental and café menu items
- Handle sandwiches, burgers, pasta, fries, salads, and quick bites
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Manage mise en place and stock preparation
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOP standards
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in café or restaurant kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of continental cooking and plating
- Ability to work in shifts and busy service hours
- Team player with positive attitude and communication skills
