What will you do?

Perform materials testing in the lab to evaluate quality, performance, and compliance of metallic and non-metallic materials

Investigate quality issues and conduct root cause analysis to identify solutions and prevent recurrence

Support the qualification and localization of new raw materials to meet product and sustainability goals

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver material solutions that align with business objectives
What are the key skills we are looking for?

Problem Solving — developing level; diagnosing material failures and identifying corrective actions

Test Method — developing level; executing standardized testing protocols to validate material properties

Materials Science — foundational level; understanding material behavior under various conditions

Chemistry — foundational level; analyzing chemical composition and material interactions

Physics — foundational level; applying principles to assess mechanical and thermal properties

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) — foundational level; identifying potential failure points in materials

Test Automation — foundational level; supporting automated testing processes for efficiency

Standardization and Compliance — foundational level; ensuring materials meet regulatory and safety standards
