The candidate should have experience of 5-10 yrs working in material handling, equipment handling in a cement plant, steel industry or any transportation dept. Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, maintenance, and delivery targets. He should have min 4-6 yrs exp in plant head working in a cement plant, steel industry. Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, material handling systems, utilities, maintenance, logistics, and people management while ensuring compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.
