Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site workforce
- Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and verify site measurements, daily progress reports, and MIS reports
- Liaise with planning and design teams for drawing clarifications and execution support
- Ensure optimal utilization of materials and minimize wastage
- Resolve site-level technical issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager
- Track and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Execute and monitor RCC and Mivan construction activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE – Civil (Bachelor of Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of BOQs and material specifications
- Strong contractor handling and site coordination skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site
Job Highlights:
