- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/production management.
- Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, and MES integration.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and lean methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive or process industries.
- Hands-on expertise in equipment specification, leak testing, and reliability metrics.
- Ability to synthesize technical and business information for decision-making.
