Position Overview
Study Master is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our admissions and counseling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating qualified leads, scheduling counseling appointments, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Receive and handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain Study Master's study abroad services, visa assistance, IELTS/PTE coaching, and available programs.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and ensure maximum student visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Update lead status and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with counselors regarding scheduled appointments and student requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain a positive brand image.
- Handle objections professionally and encourage students to visit the office for counseling.
- Stay updated on study destinations, universities, visa policies, and company services.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and communication standards.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
