We are looking for a reliable Internet Cafe Staff member to manage daily operations by assisting customers with computer/internet use, troubleshooting hardware/software, handling payments for services (printing/scanning), and maintaining a clean, secure environment. Key skills include basic IT literacy, strong customer service, and reliability.
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers, assist with logging in/out, and provide guidance on using computers, software, printers, and scanners.
- Technical Support: Perform basic troubleshooting for internet connectivity, printer issues, and computer hardware/software faults.
- Cashier Duties: Manage bookings, receive payments for time and services (scanning, printing, photocopying).
- Maintenance & Security: Ensure all computer stations are clean, safe, and fully functional; monitor the premises to ensure a pleasant environment.
Preferring Candidates Within 20km from the Office
Recommended
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant IT training or certification is a plus).
- Strong basic computer skills (Windows, internet browsers, MS Office, printing tools).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
