Service Manager – TVS Main Dealership, Talegaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve service revenue, labour, spare parts, and CSI targets.
- Manage daily workshop operations and technician productivity.
- Ensure quality repairs, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with TVS SOPs.
- Control workshop costs and improve profitability.
- Train and lead the service team while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
- Prior automobile service experience.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and workshop management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
