Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator who can handle both administrative responsibilities and export documentation. As we do not have a full-time dedicated Export Executive requirement, this role is ideal for a multitasking candidate who can efficiently manage multiple functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin
- Shipping Bill & Export Declaration
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of export and office documents
- Handle communication with international clients and vendors
- Assist in customs clearance procedures
- Support internal teams (sales, accounts, warehouse) for smooth operations
- Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with training may apply)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
