- Manage overall store operations and daily sales targets Handle store opening and closing activities Monitor store performance (conversion, ATV, footfall) Lead and manage team of sales associates and optometrists Prepare staff rosters and ensure productivity Conduct daily briefings and performance tracking Drive sales and upselling Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations Maintain high conversion rate Manage inventory, stock replenishment and audits Control shrinkage and maintain VM standards Coordinate with warehouse and backend teams Track daily, weekly and monthly reports Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling Analyze KPIs and improve store performance
