Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead / Project Manager with strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Finacle-based applications and be capable of leading development teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and coordinate project activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and REST APIs.
- Work extensively with PL/SQL for database development and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Drive project execution and team productivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of PL/SQL.
- Experience with Finacle customization, integration, or support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in banking or financial domain projects.
- Prior experience handling client interactions and project coordination.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
