Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in online bidding platforms to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and securing projects through bidding portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through online marketplaces such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, etc.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects to acquire new clients.
- Analyze client requirements and draft winning business proposals.
- Take ownership of revenue targets through bidding channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create professional bids and proposals.
- BE or equivalent qualification preferred.
