Bartender Job Description
A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. They create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests have a positive experience, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide friendly, professional service.
- Verify customers' age and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Process customer payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor customer behavior and promote responsible alcohol consumption.
- Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations).

Pay: ₹9,586.65 - ₹25,000.00 per month
