Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to optimize processes.
- Identify areas of improvement in current operations and propose solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
