Overview:
Location: Gurgaon, Full – time (5days working)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing agency
We are looking for a Business Development Executive. The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brands and clients, pitching digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem.
About this role:
- Identify, reach out to, and generate leads for potential clients needing digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing services.
- Pitch our agency’s services to startups, SMEs, and brands through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, or in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and customize pitches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report on progress.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and onboard them smoothly.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, branding, SEO, performance marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
- Proactive, target-driven, and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
