About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Category Head to lead and scale our Water Purifier business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing profitability, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across channels
Lead sales, marketing, branding, and distribution performance
Build and strengthen dealer, franchise, and service networks
Monitor and improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Track and optimize key business performance metrics (KPIs)
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in Category Management / Business Growth roles
Strong exposure to consumer durables / appliances / water purifier industry (preferred)
Proven expertise in sales strategy, distribution, and P&L management
Excellent leadership, analytical, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent in Business Administration
Experience in scaling product categories or launching new markets
