About the Role
Secure Life Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our business in Housekeeping, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Facility Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Promote Housekeeping, Security Guard, Manpower Supply, and Facility Management services.
- Meet HR, Admin, Purchase, and Facility Managers of companies to introduce our services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service implementation.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM and submit daily sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client handling abilities.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and corporate marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
- Experience in Housekeeping, Security Services, Manpower, Staffing, or Facility Management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
- Willing to travel across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and NCR for client meetings.
