- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices.
