Job Title: Team Leader – Ayurvedic Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers engaged in Ayurvedic medicine sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, training agents, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of telecallers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
Train new team members on Ayurvedic products and sales processes.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and existing customers.
Motivate the team to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Healthcare management: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
