We are looking for an enthusiastic JavaScript Intern who wants to specialize in React Native mobile app development. In this role, you will leverage your core programming knowledge to build cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. You will work alongside senior developers, transitioning your web JavaScript skills into the world of mobile engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Code: Write clean, modern JavaScript (ES6+) code for mobile applications.
- Component Building: Assist in creating reusable UI components using React Native.
- API Integration: Connect the mobile front-end to backend services using REST APIs and Fetch/Axios.
- UI Translation: Help convert wireframes and designs into responsive mobile screens.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify, track, and fix bugs using Chrome Developer Tools and React Native debuggers.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong Fundamentals: Solid understanding of JavaScript concepts (Closures, Promises, Async/Await, Array methods).
- Framework Basics: Basic familiarity with React.js or React Native workflows and component lifecycles.
- Web Tech: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern layouts (Flexbox is highly preferred).
- Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Mindset: Quick learner, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for mobile apps.
