- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time.
- Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and restaurant areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant SOPs.
