- a) Solicitation of clients ;

- c) Scanning the shipping market and the current trends ;
- Deal with Buyer’s/Seller’s Broker;
- b) Negotiation on the price
- Document Inspection: In order to check for the compliance’s fulfillment, insurance, maintenance of the ship over the years at the seller’s end and other legal documents attached to the sale and purchase of the ship.
- b) Ship Inspection: Getting the Inspection of the ship as a whole including its underwater parts and ship’s bottom by a certified surveyor company.
- Signing of Memorandum of Agreement;
- Change of ownership documents
- Delivery of the ship as per the size and type of the ship
Areas Of Expertise :
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Shipping Industry
- Database/knowledge of ship owners
- Exposure to ship inspections for sale and purchase
- Networking in shipping industry
