Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with internal teams
- Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups till joining
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
- Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and job postings
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
