Primary Teacher – Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Assess students' performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize and participate in school events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to achieve academic goals.
- Integrate basic technology into classroom teaching whenever appropriate.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Complete assigned academic and administrative responsibilities within deadlines.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
