We are looking for an experienced and responsible CNC / VMC Supervisor to oversee machining operations in our production unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC/VMC programming, machine handling, and team supervision, preferably in pump or precision component manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC & VMC machining operations
- Handle machine setup, programming (Fanuc), and troubleshooting
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Manage operators, helpers, and manpower on the shop floor
- Ensure proper tooling selection and maintenance
- Optimize cycle time and improve productivity
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with Quality and Design departments
- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC programming (Fanuc preferred)
- Experience in pump parts / precision machining
- Ability to handle manpower and production planning
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality standards
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical
- Experience in pump manufacturing or similar industry
- Leadership and team handling experience
- Experience Required 5 Years To 8 Years
