Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
Perform cost accounting activities, including:
Allocation and analysis of direct and indirect costs.
Monitoring actual versus budgeted costs.
Conducting variance analysis and providing insights on cost performance.
Support budget accounting processes, including:
Assisting in the development of annual revenue and expense budgets.
Monitoring budget utilization and financial performance.
Supporting fund control and measurement of operating results.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment-related activities.
Ensure timely reconciliation of financial records and resolution of discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain financial documentation, reports, and records.
Provide administrative and operational support to finance and business teams.
Execute specialized accounting and operational tasks to support business operations efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent Spanish speaking capability is mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial processes, and controls.
Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, AP/AR, billing, and invoicing activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
