Job Description: Junior Transcreation Project Manager

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a Transcreation Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a crucial part of our transcreation team and help elevate our client brand presence and impact across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will excel in translation project administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. As a Transcreation Project Assistant, you will assist transcreation managers in the project lifecycle, including preparing master product descriptions for translation, booking time and placing jobs with our network of in-market beauty copywriters, project tracking in our project management tools, and finalising files for delivery..
This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we scale our groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
What you'll do -
- Assist Transcreation Managers in preparing, planning and delivering translation and transcreation campaigns for European markets.
- Coordinate with in-market creatives (copywriters, transcreators, translators, post‑editors) to assign work, clarify briefs and resolve queries.
- Track project progress end-to-end, including schedules, milestones, quality checkpoints and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project admin and financials: raise and monitor purchase and sales orders, track invoices and budget status.
- Perform quality checks of transcreations at different project stages to ensure accuracy, consistency and on‑brand tone.
- Maintain and apply brand/style guides, glossaries and client preferences to ensure consistent multilingual output.
- Use translation technology and project management tools to organise assets, monitor delivery and support vendors.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, digital, on‑site client teams) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and timely delivery across marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in‑market talent and vendors to secure high‑quality creative output.
- Proactively identify and propose process improvements, flag risks early and apply problem‑solving to keep projects on track.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and ensuring high standards on every deliverable.
What you need to be great at this role:
- Familiarity with the localisation/translation industry.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in this role.
- Expertise in or passion for beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industries
- Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business. Familiarity with and/or proficiency in any European language is desirable.
- Familiarity with CAT tools and Machine Translation is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Package, experience in manipulating Excel.
