Job Summary
The Digital Zilla is looking for a confident, energetic, and creative Anchor, Content Creator & Host to represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera, creating engaging content, hosting videos, conducting interviews, and presenting products or services in a professional and entertaining manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Research trending topics and develop creative content ideas.
- Write scripts, captions, and content outlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute content strategies.
Anchoring & Hosting
- Host promotional videos, podcasts, interviews, and social media content.
- Present products, services, and campaigns confidently on camera.
- Conduct client testimonials, employee interviews, and event coverage.
- Deliver content with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Brand Representation
- Be the face of the company for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- Build audience engagement through relatable and informative content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong camera presence and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in anchoring and presenting on camera.
- Creative storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to improvise and think creatively during shoots.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in anchoring, content creation, hosting, or media.
- Freshers with an impressive portfolio or sample videos are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio or links to social media/video content.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for regular shoots.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots or events, if required.
Working Hours
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
