The candidate will play a key role in product planning, sampling, vendor coordination, and execution of new product development projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to understand product requirements and specifications Develop new packaging product ideas based on market demand and trends Work closely with production, design, and procurement teams Handle product sampling, approvals, and modifications Source raw materials, accessories, and packaging components when required Maintain product development timelines and ensure timely execution Prepare product sheets, costing details, and development reports Conduct market research and competitor analysis Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product development activities Ensure product quality and compliance with customer expectations Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in merchandising or product development
